Are you the person who is currently searching online for full-time jobs or even considering your self to find part-time jobs online? Well, Belly Buster Diet is here for you!

At present, this weight loss company is looking for full to part-time consultants who have the qualities or interest in nursing, nutrition, psychology, or simply enjoying helping other people achieve their goals and dreams. This can be a perfect work for housewives, or somebody who is currently bored and got nothing to do in their house.

Belly Busters is a weight loss clinic on wheels where consultants can help their friends and relatives in homes privately. This is much like Mary Kay party or Pampered Chef as they termed, where a consultant finds a hostesses to invite her guests to have. On the other hand, it is low overhead for the consultant versus having a physical building and employees.

In addition, this opportunity for you does not need you to weigh-in the clients two-to-three times in a week or asking them for a brief assessment in your clinic. Just let your Belly Buster Buddy know how you’re progressing through call or email once a week.

Now, wondering who’s behind this offer? It is no other than the former Mary Kay director, Lee McCaskill, the President of the BBD Company. The evolving company started out from the experience, that she gained 90 pounds after an illness stricken her and was unable to lose the weight despite trying several other famous methods in weight loss.

Through the help of her aunt, a nutritionist and her son, now a medical doctor, she has finally able to lose the pounds which they devised a plan to prove losing weight very safe and effective. Hence, since then, she has been committed to help others in the reality of losing weight, which is a common problem in girls, especially teens.

Have you guessed what business model used in BBD Company? According to them, their model is considered to be a layered distribution organization. Besides, it is not a multi-level marketing company, which most of us thought it to be. It is traditionally considered as your part-time employment but can equal full-time pay. What then is its income plan? Well, it is much like of a UNI-level plan. This is designed to include commissions from direct sales, business associated, bonuses and prizes.

This opportunity is not a scam. After all, it isn’t the company that makes you successful, but it is you. Its only contribution to you is the opportunity. To learn more about business strategies like what this company used, read below and click on the link for more information.

At some point in the past you were enthusiastic about joining a company that your friend or family member mentioned.  You thought the product was great, you were told it would sell itself, you were assured that you could make huge amounts of money if you marketed the product correctly.  Things didn’t exactly work out that way, did they?  MLM marketing isn’t designed to help you make money at all.

There were a number of things you weren’t told, and there is a reason you were left in the dark.  The people above you in the multi level marketing chain aren’t interested in you succeeding; their biggest pay out is when they succeed and you pay them your initial joining fees.

1 – Never sell a product
You are wondering how that could possibly work.  Have you ever walked into a department store and been assaulted by someone trying to spray you with perfume?  How likely were you to purchase that product?  Now, if you were at the cosmetics counter and smelled a great perfume, you would ask about it.  If the salesperson was happy and shared with you how much it attracted her man when she wore that scent, you would probably shell out quite a bit in hopes of the same reaction at home.

She didn’t sell a product, she sold her image of happiness and attractiveness, and it worked.  Didn’t it?

2 – Don’t market to people you know
If you are doing well and enjoying a product you represent, and your friends and family see how successful you are, believe me they will come to you.  They will want to join in your success, and you won’t have to try to sucker them into your downline.  Besides, if you really are depending on your small circle of acquaintances to carry your business, you aren’t going anywhere.

Your job as a marketer is to constantly develop an ever expanding circle of leads.  To do that you need to understand how to market effectively and in a manner that generates more leads without your direct involvement.

3 – Don’t waste your time
Nothing is a bigger waste of your time than sitting in some hotel listening to people tell you how to promote a specific product.  You don’t see your boss sitting there, do you?  No, that person is out doing exactly the opposite of what they tell you to do.  They are selling themselves, not their product.

The best investment of your time and resources, when you get started with an online business, is finding a mentor.  A mentor will work with you one on one, help you design the kind of business you want, and teach you everything you need to know in order to market yourself effectively.  That includes network marketing, lead generation and how to use social media to achieve your goals.

MLM training points you the wrong way
Better than any MLM training, you can get a mentor who will help you avoid common start up errors and customize a workable marketing plan.  If you want to succeed then you need to take a look at other options. It isn’t your fault that your MLM dream never panned out, but now you can learn what it takes to succeed online.

When you are looking at any business opportunity it is important to find out if the opportunity is genuine and legal.  These days people tend to be very wary of business opportunities as so many people out there say they have the real deal, and some opportunities are definitely scams.

So which is Shaklee, scam or opportunity?  Let me state upfront that I am not a Shaklee distributor or in anyway associated with the company. Well the definition of scam is to obtain money by means of deceit or through a fraudulent business opportunity.  By this definition Shaklee is definitely NOT a scam.  There are three ways to identify if a business is genuine or a scam.

1.    Is there a solid product that is worth the cost?
In Shaklee’s case they have built their company based on the quality of their products.  Their products focus on being healthy and environmentally friendly.  This focus is what Shaklee distributors point out when questioned on the high cost of the products compared to their supermarket equivalent.  Inherent in MLM is the need for the products to have a very high profit margin so there is enough profit to pay both company and distributor.  If you feel that these are products you would genuinely use and be happy to pay a bit more for the products then you might be used to then it passes the first test.
Please note: If a company REQUIRES product purchase to participate in the income opportunity this is Illegal, and would constitute a scam.  Most companies, Shaklee included, incentivise their distributors to buy the products by having some sort of points earned or higher commissions if you are purchasing the products yourself.  Also, frankly if you won’t buy the products why would you assume you could get anyone else to?

2.    Are Incomes and Income claims guaranteed?
You may be unsuccessful in any business venture.  Any company or distributor that guarantees your success again, is acting illegally.  Remember that a Scam uses deceptive means to obtain money. Shaklee does not guarantee incomes.  As with any company their literature is ripe with possibility.  They illustrate what kind of income is possible, but always state that this will not be the case for all distributors.  If anything Shaklee and their distributors are simply guilty of painting a great picture, and not talking enough about the work involved.  In Shaklee you can only make big money once you have over 100 people in your downline, and frankly this will take a ton of work.

3.    Can someone new to the business make a decent income?
Often when incomes are represented for a company they can seem very high and very achievable.  Even when given specific incomes from a specific person it is important to note that this person may be in the company a long time.  Remember some MLM companies reach a saturation point where it becomes difficult for new members to achieve a big income.  A company where the people at the top earn all the money when the new people earn none are generally considered a scam. I won’t speculate if you can make a decent income in Shaklee because I believe that is completely up to your own work and getting decent marketing training (which you will have to get outside of Shaklee as their training is very outdated).  The point is, as a very product driven company it is always possible to make a decent income from retail sales as well as bringing other people into the business.  Just remember that Shaklee is a 50 year old company, and you will be fighting challenges that the original Shaklee distributors did not have to face.

So Shaklee, scam? No. Opportunity? Only if you are willing to put in the work and have the drive to be successful.   While Shaklee does not have as much leverage or income potential as some of the newer network marketing companies, it certainly can be an opportunity if you love the products.
