Is network marketing for dummies, or do you need to be a sales and marketing genius to have success in the industry? Can you ever duplicate the results that so many other MLM gurus have achieved and become one of the hunted as opposed to the hunter?

A vast majority of multilevel marketers have been trained to hunt down prospects and bombard them with company tools and sometimes a long sales pitch. This approach is the true definition of network marketing for dummies.

The “old school” methods of MLM just don’t work for a major majority of people that enter into the industry and there is definitely a much better way to grow your business.

We have all gone through the nerve wracking experience of having to approach parents, brothers and sisters, cousins, and Uncle Bob to join our newfound path to financial freedom. And some of us had had a bit of success signing up our “warm market”. But unfortunately, most network marketers never have any real success with this method. And even if we do, how many of our relatives and friends actually DO anything afterwards?

I once signed up my cousin in my primary opportunity. And what happened after he expressed so much confidence for his success in the industry? He quit after hearing a few no’s!

This (or any) business is not for the faint of heart.

And after we go through our rolodex of warm contacts and need more than family members that don’t produce, we are forced out into the “cold market”. The cold market is just that…EXTREMELY cold.

For the new marketer, going “cold” can be an extremely nerve wracking experience that is very difficult to succeed with. Approaching complete strangers about a business opportunity is just so out of the norm. It seems that only network marketers are faced with the daunting task of signing up a guy that happened to be in isle 10 at the grocery store, and was just there to pick up some toilet paper:)

So what’s a hungry and relentless marketer to do if he finds these old methods distasteful?

How about tapping into what so many other intelligent marketers have found to be a literal gold mine for building their business?

It’s a fact that more and more business transactions are being made through the use of technology, specifically the internet. And this fact definitely applies to network marketing also.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the old methods of building your business. After all, that is what the MLM industry was built on. But why not add an awesome weapon to your network marketing arsenal? It’s a weapon that can end the long and energy sapping task of achieving success.

I better see you at the Live The Dream Event in Las Vegas that’s coming up this October Second and Third, 2010. I’ll know you’re flat-out serious about success in network marketing if I see you at this Las Vegas MLSP event.

I was at the event this past July in Vegas that was called the No Excuses Summit. The way I look at my own network marketing business was revolutionized by that experience. It made a deep impression on me as I got away from all the “wanna-bes” and say how differently six and seven figure earners hold themselves and how their vibration is at a higher level than those who simply wish for success.

Those that made up a bunch of excuses for why they couldn’t attend the No Excuses Summit (ironic, huh?) will once again be left behind by those who do what it takes to be at the MLSP Las Vegas Live The Dream Event in October.

You know the excuses: “My wife just won’t let me go…the tickets are too expensive…I can’t afford the hotel…I have too much family stuff going on…the airfare is too much for me…I don’t have the time”…and ON and ON it goes…

I’m sorry, but if you’re making those types of excuses, you’re just not serious about making a ton of money. I’m simply being upfront and honest here…you know your situation a lot better than I do…but it’s excuses like these that will simply leave you in the dust compared to those who make it happen.

When I was at the Las Vegas No Excuses Summit, while I learned a whole bunch of marketing stuff, you know what I was really hit with? It really hit me…the importance of being around one thousand other folks who are as dead serious about success as I am. And to NOT be with any of the “I just can’t do it…” follks.

Most importantly, it was a life-changing experience to be around the 6 and 7 figure people and to experience how they think, talk with them, see how serious (yet fun loving) they are about business and life. My friend, there was an amazing Mastermind created at that event and this will happen once again at the My Lead System Pro Las Vegas event in October.

If you’ve never read books by Napoleon Hill where he discusses the Mastermind that a “live” group of like-minded individuals creates, then I suggest you read either “The Law of Success in 16 Lessons” or “Think & Grow Rich” as fast as possible and then get your MLSP Las Vegas Live the Dream Event tickets as soon as you “get” what I’m talking about.

Let me sum all this up in this manner: SEPARATION will happen this October at the Las Vegas MLSP event on October second & third…there will be separation created between those who go and see their incomes rise going into early 2011 and those who will make excuses and still find themselves broke and making excuses one year from now.
